My favorite is project MKULTRA, where they give LSD to the person, and then lock the person in a sensory deprivation tank. Or make tape-recordings of the persons most self-degrading comments, then play that through head-phones in a loop while the person is in a straight-jacket and on LSD. Yes, the CIA actually used to do this.
Wow, it is amazing how ingenous we humans can be. Too bad people have to spend their energies on figuring out how best to f**k with people.
