i think its odd as well. i wonder if its because she thinks she might not get re-elected as governor, which would look really bad, so she's trying play one step ahead. although i dont know how she's going to keep herself in the political spotlight for 3 years, unless she just yacks it up all that time.

Yacking it up isn't all the effective, it seems to me. I'm very biased, but boy is she annoying...
