Experience versus change

I'm not a fan of Dick Morris, but here is his analysis of Why Hillary Will Lose

I think Clinton is screwed. The only question that remains is whether or not she will take the Democratic party down with her. She would have a chance at pulling this out if she concentrated on the remaining contests and stopped dismissing everyone who voted against her. She and her top campaign leaders are a bunch of prima donnas who think that they DESERVE the presidency. The campaign’s attempts to seat the Florida and especially the Michigan delegates is antidemocratic and self-destructive. They have fixated on these states as if these wins were legitimate and as if they alone would land her the nomination with a united Democratic party behind her. Forget it. It’s a pipe dream. Super-delegates? Forget it. Another pipe dream. If she doesn’t focus her attention on elections and start winning them soon, she is screwed. It’s just that simple. She may win the nomination, but if she does through this kind of strong-arming bullshit, she will piss off the majority of Democratic voters.

Do you think there is any single scenario that excites Michael Bloomberg more than this? If she wins by means of this underhanded bullshit, he’ll come in. Suddenly the last remaining reason to vote for Hillary, namely that she won’t appoint more Nazi Party members to the Supreme Court goes out the window. Dems will defect en masse and McCain will be president.

Clinton has to win elections and she had better do so soon or she will never be president. She may destroy her party in the process, but she will not win by means of this bullshit.
