the article also said that approval of Congress is at 18%, which is amazingly low (in my opinion, i dont know the history).maybe this is a chance to overtake the house or senate in november.
If now isn't the time, I don't know if we will ever get the chance again in the future. It will be an interesting test of the intransient seats due to redistricting and the power of incumbancy versus a tidal wave of change in opinion...
